I'm a Portuguese web-developer graduated in Photography. While that might seem strange it also helps me have a lot of consideration for the UI, visual and compositional aspects of software. I'm able to own the full-stack development of products, from conception to running in production but I can also work in specific positions within teams or where it's needed the most.


I have experience (10++ years) with several technologies, frameworks, platforms and remote workflows - having worked remotely with people from and all over the world. In my github you'll find some repositories, mostly personal but not only. I can discuss other projects privately.


When saying full-stack software developer it's meant in the original sense of the word, with experience maintaining and continuously delivering value across different contexts of the product development cycle, from creating marketing email campaigns to automating discount coupons for administrators to manage directly, creating test suites to ensure a better continuous development of new features, sourcing, transforming and storing data for internal or product enabling features, load testing, etc.

This experience helps me use AI tools to aid me since I understand the domain problems very well due to having dealt and solved them many times, including with different constraints and objectives.


While I can orchestrate an auto-scaling cluster in AWS, defined in Terraform, I can also host this website itself on github pages, or any of the other solutions in between according to what is the purpose.

    • • Customisable personal urls using subdomaining, wildcard SSL certificates and custom routing
    • • It was solo-developed while working multiple freelancer gigs and traveling the world.

You can get a much better idea by reading the indiegogo project page itself, but basically this was a digital identity project that allowed you to create customisable personal digital profiles, import data from other platforms, such as upwork.com, freelancer.com, youtube.com, github.com, vimeo.com, amongst others, and show it in different forms in "verified" pages, portfolio sections and galleries.

It associated email uniqueness along with the external pages reference uniqueness (single upwork.com profile, etc) to prevent more than 1 profile being associated with the external reference, guaranteeing that the information you were seeing was only "connected" to that profile. The customisation included layout, custom pages, and styling, but the verified areas couldn't be tampered with and were properly identified. A contact form proxied your e-mail account to allow being contacted directly to your inbox without ever sharing your e-mail address.

The idea came directly from working with these freelancing platforms online (at the time mostly as an image editor) and having my feedback, my portfolios and profiles spread through countless networks without any kind of interoperability, everything siloed. But then how to bring it into a single place and somehow provide visitors, people with whom you shared your "digital card/profile", the assurance that when looking at your "verified" stats, they were actually real, not someone else's profile they rented, or sold, and not tampered with?
  37. All the while allowing you, the user, to create custom sections, customise styling and layout? Why have a mediocre profile page in linkedin, equal to everyone else's when you could have a more artistic/personal taste inclined one, that people could still trust to be real? That's what dvouch (Digital Vouch) was set to solve. Sadly that indiegogo campaign didn't really go anywhere. I guess the fact that it wasn't vaporware, neither block-chain, or exploitable en-masse, made it uninteresting to others... Notice that the current domain is no longer under my possessin, so it's not related to this project. Check the indiegogo campaing to read a much more in-depth explanation.
